In La Clusaz, in the most ancien chalet of Les Confins, a cooking wich has the perfums and taste of it's soil on base of fresh products is proposed to you by two young fellows of High-Savoy, natives of these parts. They invite you to discover, in a magnificent mountainous landscape, the savours and the flavours of mountain, entirely house-made speclalities, a cooking which varies according to the seasons course.
